This letter is for the Carolina Beach town Council.
First let me say how much you are appreciated for your interest in keeping Carolina Beach and our island as a whole clean, peaceful, and with our heritage intact. It takes a very strong council to listen to and follow the needs and wishes of a town yet keep the character of the past preserved. The changes you make almost always are with the towns people’s input and with the existing plans considered. Thank you so much for this.
These are great qualities in a town council especially one with the history our particular piece of paradise represents. As a member of the Federal Point Historical Preservation Society, I notice things that affect us and things that help us. The Town of Carolina Beach has been a great partner with us in the past and it’s support has gone a long way in continuing to find ways to locate, mark, and preserve our history.
I would like to ask you once again to be as generous this year as you have been in years past and pledge once more a donation to the FPHPS so that we may continue our efforts to save what we have for the current residents, visitors, and future generations.

Thank you all so much for your time.
